This Privacy Policy explains what data Adgineer collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it. Adgineer (adgineer.io) is operated by [Legal entity], a business operated by Drake King ("we", "us", or "Adgineer").
Adgineer is a business tool sold to advertising agencies. Most of the data in it is about businesses and their advertising, not about individuals. Where personal data is involved, we act as a controller for account and billing data, and as a processor for the client data you put into your workspace.
Your name, email address, password credential or third-party sign-in identity, workspace (agency) name, role, and membership. Authentication is handled by Clerk, and we do not store your password.
Plan, subscription status, seat count, and billing history. Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never received or stored by us. We store only the subscription state we need to enforce plan limits.
What you or your team put into a workspace, including:
Server logs including IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested routes, and error details. Basic product usage such as which actions were run and whether they succeeded. We use this for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and capacity planning.
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 on our website and application to understand how people find and use Adgineer: pages visited, referral source, approximate location from IP, device and browser type, and product milestones such as completing signup. We also use advertising platform tags (Google Ads, and potentially Meta) for conversion measurement and remarketing, which means you may see Adgineer ads on other sites after visiting ours. These tools set their own cookies and process data under their own privacy policies. Where consent is legally required for these technologies, we ask for it before they run.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your Customer Content to train our own models, and we do not share it with other customers.
We share data with the service providers below, only to the extent needed to operate Adgineer. Each is bound by its own terms and security commitments.
We may also disclose data if required by law, to enforce our Terms, to protect the rights and safety of users or the public, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will give notice before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Our providers operate infrastructure in the United States and other countries, so your data may be transferred outside your country of residence. Where required, transfers out of the EEA or UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved safeguard provided by the relevant provider.
Adgineer uses three kinds of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies are the authentication and session cookies set by Clerk that keep you signed in and protect against request forgery, plus a local preference for your light or dark theme; these are strictly necessary, and blocking them will prevent you from signing in. Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics to measure how the website and application are used. Advertising cookies are set by advertising platforms (such as Google Ads) for conversion measurement and remarketing. Where required by law, analytics and advertising cookies run only after you consent, and you can decline them without losing access to the Service. You can also limit them with browser settings, ad-personalization controls at adssettings.google.com, or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our hosting and database providers. Google Ads OAuth tokens are additionally encrypted at the application layer before being stored. Workspace isolation is enforced in the database itself with row-level security, so one agency's data cannot be read by another. Access to production systems is limited to the operator. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, request a portable copy, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. California residents have comparable rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
To exercise any of these rights, email drake@adgineer.io. We will verify your identity against your account and respond within 30 days, or tell you if we need longer. There is no charge for a reasonable request.
If you are an end client of an agency using Adgineer, that agency is the controller of your data. Please direct your request to them, and we will assist them in responding.
If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have not handled your data properly, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
Adgineer is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the product changes. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the product before it takes effect, and we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
